You may mail or fax one of your current checks for us to use for your company and bank information. If this is a new bank account, please mail or fax a starter check or bank MICR specification sheet along with your company information.


What methods of payment are available?

  • Online: We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® on our secure website.

  • By Mail: Credit card or check made payable to LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage™ - Checks & Forms.

  • Sorry, we do not ship COD.


When can I expect my delivery?

Blank stock items are shipped in 2 working days. All imprinted orders are shipped in 3-5 working days.

How do I reorder?

Can you print a logo on a check or form?

Yes, at no additional cost!

You can upload and preview your black-and-white logo file when you place your online order. For best results, please upload a black-and-white 300 DPI (or 600 DPI) image in either the TIFF (.tif) format or the Bit Map (.bmp) format. Use the preview feature to see a representation of what your logo will look like when it is printed. If the preview isn’t what you expected to see, please check your source file(s), artwork and/or scanner settings.
